titlelines How to Submit Nominations for Heart Rhythm Society Recognition Awards
Each year the Heart Rhythm Society identifies and recognizes outstanding contributions to the field and to the Society. Please help us to identify the most qualified candidates by participating in the award nominations process.

To nominate a candidate for a recognition award, please provide:

  • A brief letter (2 pages maximum) outlining the candidate's qualifications and indicating the name of the award for which you are nominating the individual
  • A copy of the candidate's abbreviated Awards CV*

Please note that letters of support, as have been requested in the past, are no longer necessary. Completed nomination letters and abbreviated awards CVs* may be submitted to the Awards Subcommittee via e-mail to awards@HRSonline.org or by fax: (202) 464-3401.

The deadline for award nominations is Friday, October 14, 2011. Questions? Please contact awards@HRSonline.org.

* An abbreviated Awards CV should be limited to two pages. Please limit the list of publications to a top 10 list of most important.
