How to use Grab and Go Slides

For Viewing Slides Only:

In order to view the slides in these presentations, you can either open them using the PowerPoint program you have on your own computer, or if you do not have PowerPoint, you can download a free PowerPoint Viewer from the Microsoft website.

For Those Viewers With PowerPoint:

If you have PowerPoint on your computer, upon linking to the presentation you are interested in, you will be prompted to open the file. You will then be able to view the Grab and Go Slides.

For Those Viewers Without PowerPoint:

To download the free PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft: Go to www.microsoft.com/downloads and then in the keywords box, type "PowerPoint Viewer", then enter. You will then be prompted to download the "PowerPoint 2003 Viewer."

Note: If you use this viewer, you will not be able to customize the slides, only view them.

To Read Presenter Notes and/or Customize Slides:

By saving the file, you will be able to access the notes for each slide written by the presenter, and also be able to customize the slides in any way you wish.

Note: This option is only available to those users with the PowerPoint program on their computer.

To Save The File:

After linking to your presentation choice, click on the "Save" icon and you will be asked where you would like to save this file on your computer. Choose the area you would like to save and then press "Save" again. At this point the file will be dowloaded onto your computer and you will be able to view and/or customize the slides.
