This program was designed to meet the needs of Allied Health Professionals who are involved in the care of patients with ICD and/or CRT devices and who wish to enhance their knowledge of remote monitoring as it relates to ICD/CRT concepts and systems.

- Describe the role of remote monitoring in the care of patients with implanted CRM devices
- Describe how data of known clinical value can make a significant impact on patient care outcomes via review of case studies
- Discuss methods to integrate remote monitoring into clinical practice as a workflow optimization tool
- Describe the patient benefit of remote monitoring, including increased patient compliance
- Discuss the role of patient education in patient populations with implanted ICD or CRT devices
- Identify opportunities to work collaboratively with other patient care providers for the enhancement of improved patient care outcomes (panel discussion)
