1909 Greetings Card
A facsimile of a 1909 greetings card sent by AD Waller to his New Zealand cousins, the Perry's (courtesy of Dr. Alan Hayton, New Plymouth, New Zealand). The tracing of atrial fibrillation is one of the oldest surviving. Jimmie's leather collar, with its brass studs, and his EKG electrodes, concerned some anti-vivisectionists who unsuccessfully leveled charges, at Waller, of animal cruelty. Back to Top
