This Clinical Competency Statement and Addendum along with the additional listed resources were developed to provide training guidance and a list of requirements for non-electrophysiologists who have an interest in ICD and CRT device implantation.

The Alternate Training Pathway will expire in October 2008; those who are not able to complete all the requirements in the pathway by the deadline should not use the pathway to gain privileges.
