Congress Begins Discussions on FDA User Fee Reauthorizations (07/28/11) — On July 28, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner, Margaret Hamburg, MD, testified in front of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee regarding the FDA User Fee, which is scheduled to expire on September 30, 2012.
