Approved Abstract Presenter Registration

The Heart Rhythm Society requires that all Presenting Authors register for Heart Rhythm 2012 by Friday, April 27, 2012.  The Presenting Author is able to register for the Scientific Sessions at the greatly reduced rate of $325.  In addition, the Presenting Author is able to register at this reduced rate at any time, prior to the annual meeting.

To register, you will receive a separate e-mail that includes a unique URL and login information. Please do not forward this link to your peers; this link is unique to the Presenting Author only. If you already registered and paid in full the Scientific Sessions registration fee, you will receive a refund of the difference (with the exception of any ticketed functions). The type of payment used during registration will determine the length of time it takes to process your refund. Registration for Approved Abstract Presenters opens Monday, March 5, 2012. Presenting Authors will received their unique registration link on Monday, March 5, 2012, 5:00 p.m. ET. In the event that you do not receive your unique URL, please contact our registration department at 1-800-748-5052 to complete your registration no later than Friday, April 27, 2012. After Friday,  April 27, 2012, Presenting Authors will be able to register at the Invited Faculty and Abstract Presenter Registration booth. Please be sure to provide the operator with your customer ID and remind them that you are an Approved Abstract Presenter (AAP).

Important Information:

• Presenting Authors cannot use the XpressReg toolkit to register for Heart Rhythm 2012. Presenting Authors are pre-registered by our staff. In order to receive the reduced registration rate presenters must use the unique URL.
• Sending our registration department the confirmation page of your invitation will not decrease the length of time required to process your registration. We are working diligently to ensure that all Abstract Presenters are able to register as soon as possible.  If you have any concerns, please contact Kristian Coley, Coordinator, Scientific Sessions and Education at abstracts@HRSonline.org.
• If you choose to change the Presenting Author on your abstract, it must be one of the Authors listed in the author block of the abstract. Changing the Presenting Author will cause a 2 week delay in processing his/her registration.
