Heart Rhythm 2011 CME & CE Certificates and
Program Evaluations

As of Thursday, June 2, 2011 attendees can now access their Heart Rhythm 2011 CME & CE Certificates without completing the Program Evaluations. Following these quick and easy steps:
  1. Visit Heart Rhythm 2011 Evaluations & CME/CE Certificates
  2. Enter your last name and Heart Rhythm 2011 badge number to login (this information is printed in the lower left corner of your badge)
  3. Complete the evaluation to provide valuable feedback (this step has been voided as of Thursday, June 2, 2011)
  4. Select and print your certificate

Technical Support: If you are encountering technical problems completing evaluations or printing certificates, please call 1 (217) 398-1792, or e-mail the Technical Support Desk. This Technical Support Desk is monitored Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. Please Note that this number is staffed by Technical Support Staff only.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) for Physicians

The Heart Rhythm Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Heart Rhythm Society designates this educational activity for a maximum of 29 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The AMA has determined that physicians not licensed in the USA who participate in this CME activity are eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Continuing Education Units for Nurses (CE)

The Heart Rhythm Society is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the New York State Nurses Association, an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. It has been assigned code 7M7R3X-PRV-09-16. A maximum of 29 credit hours are available for this educational activity.
