Exhibitor Events & Function Space Requests

The Society will offer exhibitors, universities and non-profit organizations to host focus groups, committee, staff or investigator meetings and hospitality events during the approved dates and times at Heart Rhythm 2012.

These meetings are conducted as In Conjunction with (ICW) meetings and not considered as part of the 33rd Annual Scientific Sessions, as planned by the 2012 Scientific Sessions Program Committee or other Society sanctioned events and cannot be held for the purpose of education or certified and/or non certified educational event.
