Integrating the Tools to Work with the Team

| The Networked EP Lab at Heart Rhythm 2011 showcased equipment and processes that improves the way health care computer systems share information. |
The Heart Rhythm Society, in collaboration with the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) initiative, is preparing electrophysiologists for the future of health information technology (HIT) and developing the roadmap to interoperability between cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices, EP lab equipment, electronic health records and national registries.
A core element of Heart Rhythm 2011's Networked EP Lab was a central platform that links several components into a functional capacity that utilizes space and minimizes cable line interference. Products such as ablators, intracardiac echo, data acquisition systems, and 3D mapping systems were on display.
Networked EP Lab Presentation Schedule
