Where will Heart Rhythm 2008 will held?
Heart Rhythm 2008, the Society's 29th Annual Scientific Sessions, will be held in the North and South Buildings of the Moscone Center, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, California. Some functions may be held in the San Francisco Marriott, the designated headquarters hotel.

What is included in the Heart Rhythm 2008 registration fee?
The full fee for Heart Rhythm 2008, the Society's 29th Annual Scientific Sessions, includes admission to the Hands-On Session, Health Policy Town Hall, Opening Plenary Session, AF Summit Update, Clinical Tutorials, Case-Based Tutorials, Oral/Poster Abstract Presentations, Featured Symposia, Debates, Core Curricula, Live Cases, Translational EP sessions, Technical Exhibits, Featured Poster Session and Reception and the President’s Reception.

What functions require additional fees?
The VT/VF Summit on Wednesday; Mini-Courses (MC) on Wednesday; Meet-the-Experts Luncheons (ME) on Thursday and Friday; Experts Unplugged Luncheons (EU) on Thursday and Friday; and the ABIM Module on Saturday. See "Ticketed Functions" for details.

You may register for and attend only the VT/VF Summit on Wednesday or the ABIM Module on Saturday without registering for Heart Rhythm 2008; however, it is recommended that you register for the both the VT/VF Summit and Heart Rhythm 2008 to benefit from the full scientific education offered.

How do I register?
Beginning Tuesday, May 13, on-site registration will be located in the Upper Lobby, North Building of the Moscone Center. See "On-Site Registration Hours" below for full details. Self-serve registration kiosks are available for your convenience to register for Scientific Sessions and purchase ticketed functions when paying by credit card.

If you are a member of the media, please visit the Society's online pressroom to register. Onsite, the Press Room opens on Tuesday, May 13 at 3:00 p.m. PST in Room 238 of Moscone Center, and will be open each day during regular registration hours. Press room telephone: (415) 978-3520.

What is my Heart Rhythm Society Customer ID Number? Where do I find it?
The Heart Rhythm Society Customer ID Number is a unique, six-digit number assigned to your customer record. If a Heart Rhythm Society member or a previous Scientific Sessions attendee, this number was provided with your registration notice. If you do not have your Customer ID Number, contact the Heart Rhythm Society at Membership@HRSonline.org. Please review the Membership Registration Requirements before registering.

Not a Society member?
Even if you are not a Heart Rhythm Society member, you probably still have a customer record. Contact Membership@HRSonline.org or enter your Last Name and Zip/Postal Code to register online. Please review the Member Registration Requirements before registering.

How do I correct outdated contact information in my customer record?
Enter your current contact information when you register online and this contact information will be captured in the Society's database after the meeting.

How and when will I receive my registration confirmation?
Confirmations are provided via e-mail within 72 hours of receipt of your registration including full payment and any documentation needed. If you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, please contact Convention Data Services (CDS) at 1-800-748-5052 or +1-508-743-0529 or HRS@cdsreg.com.

When will I receive my badge and tickets?
If you live inside or outside the U.S. and register by April 16, 2008, registration materials will be mailed prior to the meeting. If you live outside the U.S. and/or registered after April 16, 2008, or do not receive your registration materials, please visit On-site Registration in the Upper Lobby, North Building of the Moscone Center.

What happens if I register for the meeting and then find out I am an Abstract Presenter? Do I get a refund?
Yes, your Scientific Sessions registration fee, less the $175 Abstract Presenter fee, will be refunded automatically by CDS. This applies only to the first/primary author. There are additional fees for ticketed functions such asthe VT/VF Summit, Mini-Courses, Experts Unplugged and Meet-the-Experts Luncheons.

Payment Policy
The Heart Rhythm Society accepts the following credit cards: American Express, VISA and MasterCard and checks drawn by a United States bank, in United States dollars. The registrant MUST pay all fees or charges connected with registration at the time of registration. Credit cards will be charged immediately. Checks MUST be made payable to Heart Rhythm Society.

• Registration Forms will not be processed without full payment to the Heart Rhythm Society.
• Ticketed functions will not be reserved without full payment at the time of registration.
• Hotel reservations will not be processed without credit card deposits.
• Purchase orders are not accepted.
• Wire/bank transfers are not accepted.
• CDS and the Heart Rhythm Society cannot acknowledge receipt of a faxed Registration Form. Please retain your transmittal report until you have received your registration confirmation from CDS and your hotel/housing confirmation from Travel Planners, Inc.
• Scientific Sessions Faculty and Chairs — The registration fee is waived for invited Faculty and Chairs; however, registration is required. Fees for ticketed functions are not waived. Exception: Faculty/Chairs for the ticketed function at which they are presenting.
• Abstract Presenters — Please note there will be a nominal registration fee for all oral and poster Abstract Presenters. Invitations will be issued to Abstract Presenters in March. If you register before you are notified of being an accepted Abstract Presenter, all but $175 will be refunded. The Abstract Presenter registration rate applies only to the first/primary author.
