Chief Experience Officer
As Chief Experience Officer for HRS, Ken Demith is responsible for the Society’s brand strategy and user experience. He is a member of the senior leadership’s Strategic Advisory Group, and oversees HRS’s education, membership, marketing, communications and technology teams. He has a wide and varied background, ranging from digital strategy and experiential marketing to social media strategy, e-commerce and graphic design. Prior to joining HRS in 2014, he held leadership positions with major and boutique marketing strategy firms in Washington DC, Chicago and Dallas, including 360 Live Media, Freeman/Freeman XP, imc2 (now ME+U agency), in addition to Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Abbott Laboratories. He earned his BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee.
