The agenda, designed specifically for the industry professional, will include a comprehensive review of AFib, Heart Failure, and Ventricular Arrhythmias. Faculty will discuss pathophysiology and present cases to demonstrate clinical decision insights related to risk stratification, shared decision making, treatment selection, the pros and cons, and overall challenges and opportunities.
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:
- Gain a basic understanding of clinical decision making related to Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation, and Ventricular Arrhythmias
- Learn about the pathophysiology of cardiomyopathies and the device-based strategies for treating heart failure and preventing sudden cardiac arrest
- Hear the latest trends in pacing therapies
- Understand the genetics, pathophysiology, and clinical presentations of atrial fibrillation
- Review the state-of-the-art and future technologies for treating atrial arrhythmias
- Appreciate the range of strategies employed to treat patients with life threatening ventricular arrhythmias
