Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:

  • Learn about the pathophysiology of cardiomyopathies and the device-based strategies for treating heart failure and preventing sudden cardiac arrest

  • Understand the genetics, pathophysiology, and clinical presentations of atrial fibrillation 
  • Review the state-of-the-art and future technologies for treating atrial arrhythmias
