Jagmeet P. Singh MD, PhD, FHRS

Dr. Singh is a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He is the former Clinical Director of the Cardiology Division and the Roman W. DeSanctis Endowed Chair in Cardiology at Mass General Hospital. He is also the Founding Director of the Resynchronization and Advanced Cardiac Therapeutics Program, at the Massachusetts General Hospital Heart Center. Dr. Singh received his medical degree from Pune University, India and completed his internal medicine residency, cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology fellowships at Mass General Hospital. He also earned a doctorate from Oxford University, a Master of science in clinical investigation from MIT-Harvard and a research fellowship at the Framingham Heart Study.

He has over 400 peer reviewed publications and has given over 550 invited lectures at national and international conferences. He has served as an International Associate editor for the European Heart Journal, the former Deputy Editor of the Journal of American College of Cardiology: Clinical EP and Editor-in-chief of the Current Treatment Options in Cardiovascular Medicine. Dr. Singh's is the national & global principal investigator on 6 ongoing multi-center clinical trials in device therapy and sensor strategies for heart failure and atrial fibrillation. Much of his current efforts are focused on healthcare redesign, digital health, and medical device innovations. 

Dr. Singh is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Heart Rhythm Society and served as the Co-Executive Producer of HRX 2023. He is the author of the recently published book, Future Care: Sensors, Artificial Intelligence, and the Reinvention of Medicine. ​
