How to get started
- Enroll as a Mentor, a Mentee, or both.
- During enrollment, set your demographic and communication preferences.
- Mentees can browse the Mentor Directory to find mentors whose experience aligns with their goals.
- Once matched, Mentors and Mentees are free to shape their relationship however it works for them.
