March 8, 2024 – On February 22nd, HRS along with over 200 other organizations joined a letter sent to House and Senate leadership urging the extension of the statutory telehealth flexibilities set to expire at the end of 2024.
In addition to ensuring that the flexibilities do not lapse at the end of the year, HRS and the supporting organizations press further to encourage Congress to remove uncertainty in telehealth policy by making the statutory flexibilities permanent.
