Tim Gregory serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS), providing executive leadership during a period of strategic continuity and organizational transition. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the Society’s mission, executing the Board-approved strategic plan, overseeing operations and finances, and supporting the Board of Trustees and volunteer leadership in fulfilling HRS’s long-term vision.

Tim brings deep institutional knowledge from more than 18 years at HRS, including his prior role as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, where he served as second in command and led many of the Society’s most complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. His leadership portfolio has spanned global strategy, education and meetings, scientific journals, clinical and scientific documents, professional development programs, and strategic partnerships.

With over 30 years of professional experience in organizational leadership, project and budget management, and culture-building, Tim is a steady and trusted leader with a strong track record of execution. His collaborative leadership style and close working relationships with the Board, senior volunteers, and staff position him well to guide HRS with stability, transparency, and focus during this interim period.
