They review the indications for the use of amiodarone and method of initiation therapy, suggest strategies for follow-up of patients receiving amiodarone, and outline the adverse effects of the therapy.
This document has been retired and replaced by A Practical Guide for Clinicians Who Treat Patients with Amiodarone: 2007.
