Clinical Guidelines & Documents

Authored and endorsed clinical documents provide three main components vital to advancements in the heart rhythm field: analysis, discussion of current issues, and suggestions for clinical application. 

The Society approved the scope for the following new documents and a focused update that are currently under development: 

  1. 2019 HRS Expert Consensus Statement on Evaluation, Risk Stratification, and Management of Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathies
  2. 2019 HRS Expert Consensus Statement on Evaluation and Management of Arrhythmic Risk in Neuromuscular Disorders 
  3. 2019 HRS/EHRA/APHRS/LAHRS Expert Consensus Statement on Catheter Ablation of Ventricular Arrhythmias
  4. 2019  HRS/EHRA/APHRS/LAHRS Focused Update to 2015 HRS/EHRA/APHRS/SOLAECE Expert Consensus Statement on Optimal Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator Programming and Testing (Appendix B)
  5. 2020 HRS Expert Consensus Statement on the Management of Arrhythmias During Pregnancy
